When selecting service providers to support and implement digital projects and solutions, companies are increasingly looking for a full-service portfolio of IT expertise, management consulting and design and creativity services. This relatively new business segment is called ‘Digital Experience Services’. Lünendonk has compiled a list of the leading providers in this market segment in Germany.

On average, the service providers were able to increase their turnover by 20.5 percent in 2022. The comprehensive Lünendonk^® Survey reveals the current developments in the industry and the forecasts for the coming years.

Lünendonk^® List admission criteria:

Only companies that generate at least 60 percent of their revenue with services (e.g. management and IT consulting, digital agencyservices) and generate significant revenue in each of the three segments Digital Consulting, Digital Agency Services and Digital Technology Services are included. Companies with a DXS revenue share of less than 50 percent must also generate at least €100 million with DXS services, and companies with a DXS revenue share of less than 30 percent must generate at least €200 million in DXS revenue.
