Providers of IT workforce services closed the 2022 financial year with strong growth of 20 per cent. Despite this positive development, IT personnel service providers are confronted with changing market conditions. The focus is on increased customer demand for temporary staffing. The economic downturn is also causing a tense order situation. For 2023, the companies expect further, albeit somewhat slower, sales growth of 11 per cent.

The company or a subsidiary generates at least 50 per cent of its revenue via personnel services for the supply of IT workforce. If this criterion is not met, only segment revenue is taken into account. At least 50 per cent of segment revenue is generated with external customers.
