Companies are continuously developing their digital transformation and are improving in terms of customer centricity and digital experience. Nevertheless, there is still a lot to do. Most companies are still a long way from offering their customers a consistent brand experience and a uniformly high digital experience across all channels and points of interaction (customer service, logistics, etc.). But there is also still a lot to be done with regard to the company’s own employees. In order to remain an attractive employer in times of demographic change, companies and public authorities should offer not only their customers but also their employees a great experience in the form of modern tools and simple processes.
This Lünendonk® Survey provides a comprehensive insight into the market for digital experience services – both from the perspective of leading providers of digital experience services (service providers) and from the perspective of large user companies. In addition to the market structure and the leading service providers, the future tasks, plans and challenges of large user companies from German-speaking countries are described in detail. This survey is therefore a unique 360-degree analysis of the market for digital experience services in German-speaking countries. The 25 leading service providers in the digital experience service segment are shown in the Lünendonk® List.
The Lünendonk® Survey was realised in cooperation with Adesso, Diva-e, Plan.Net Group, Reply, Syzygy Group and Valantic.
