The 25 largest providers increased their revenues in the past financial year by an average of 6.3 percent. Forecasts remain moderate, with expected annual growth rates of 6.6 to 7.0 percent through to 2030. The reasons for this include the strained economic climate, the associated reluctance to invest in special projects, and increasing price pressure in tendering processes. Service providers expect new growth impetus from the tightened regulation for critical infrastructures and the associated demand for professional facility services aimed at resilience.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">These are initial findings from the new L\u00fcnendonk Survey &#8220;Facility Service in Germany,&#8221; which will be published in July 2026. The L\u00fcnendonk Ranking of leading facility service companies in Germany is now available for free download at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luenendonk.de\/en\/produkt\/luenendonk-list-2025-leading-facility-service-companies-in-germany-copy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.luenendonk.de.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>The Ranking in Detail<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">Apleona surpasses the three billion euro mark with revenues of 3,233 million euros and consolidates its market leadership with growth of 8.1 percent. Spie Germany Switzerland Austria defends second place with an estimated revenue of 2,850 million euros (+7.5%). L\u00fcnendonk takes into account exclusively facility service-relevant services in this context. The acquisitions of PIK and Cyqueo also contributed to this growth.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">Wisag Facility Service holds third place with revenues of 1,812 million euros (+4.8%) and remains the largest employer in the industry with 37,600 employees. Fourth place goes to Engie from Cologne, which records a slight revenue decline of 0.4 percent to 1,129.0 million euros. Piepenbrock increases its revenues by 6.7 percent and surpasses the one billion euro mark for the first time with 1,033.8 million euros. This means five providers \u2014 up from the previous four \u2014 now generate revenues of more than one billion euros.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">Strabag Property and Facility Services in sixth place is also approaching the one billion euro mark with growth of 3.0 percent to 963 million euros. Close behind, Dussmann follows in seventh place with revenues of 950 million euros (+4.3%). Internationally, the Berlin-based company has surpassed the three billion euro mark with facility services. The Compass Group from Eschborn holds eighth place with 881 million euros (+2.1%). ISS Facility Service increased its domestic revenues to 804.3 million euros (+4.1%), holding ninth place. The top 10 is completed by K\u00f6tter from Essen. The service provider with a focus on security services generated revenues of 770 million euros (+6.6%) in 2025.      <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>New Entrants Reshape the Field of Challengers<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">Kl\u00fch (626.1 million euros; +1.7%) and Sodexo (536.1 million euros; -0.7%) hold eleventh and twelfth place respectively. The strongest growth among all top 25 companies is recorded by CBRE with 28.3 percent, climbing from 15th to 13th place with revenues of 481.7 million euros. New to the ranking in 14th place is Leadec with revenues of 458 million euros. The Stuttgart-based service provider delivers facility services in an industrial environment and meets the listing criteria in 2026. Caverion drops back to 15th place following a revenue decline of 3.1 percent to 421.8 million euros. Vinci Energies also loses two positions and now sits in 16th place with 388.3 million euros (-1.2%).    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">As a further new entrant, the Zech Group takes 17th place with building-related service revenues of 384 million euros. This placement leads to shifts in the ranking, causing several companies to drop back despite strong growth results. Sauter FM, for instance, slips to 18th place despite revenue growth of 17.3 percent to 375.8 million euros. St\u00f6lting now holds 19th place with growth of 8.3 percent (346.6 million euros), while G\u00f6tz moves from 16th to 20th place with 336.5 million euros (+2.6%). The same applies to Goldbeck in 21st place (prior year: 20th) with revenue growth of 24.0 percent to 326.6 million euros. In addition to organic growth, the acquisition of Weiser GmbH Brandschutz &amp; Technik contributed to the business development of the Bielefeld-based service provider.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">Also new to the ranking is B&amp;O Service in 22nd place (305.0 million euros), which had previously been tracked separately as an industry specialist. Its inclusion in the ranking leads to further shifts at the bottom of the list: Dr. Sasse drops four places to 23rd despite growth of 11.5 percent to 300.0 million euros. Geiger FM from Dietmannsried also loses three places and now holds 24th place with revenues of 262.8 million euros (+3.2%). The ranking is completed by Dorfner, which increased its revenues by 5.6 percent to 241.6 million euros.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>From Service Provider to Strategic Partner<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">Increasing regulatory frameworks are shaping the management of real estate in Germany. Most recently, the legislature passed the KRITIS umbrella legislation, which significantly raises the requirements for the protection and resilience of critical infrastructures. Leading service providers anticipate increased demand for professional facility services in the wake of these rising requirements.
