The market for digital experience services grew more slowly last year than in previous years due to the economic situation. Overall, the providers of digital experience services (DXS) surveyed by Lünendonk were able to increase their revenue from DX services by an average of 4.4 per cent in 2023 (2022: 18.3%). Looking ahead to 2025, providers are optimistic: they expect an average 11.8 per cent increase in revenue in Germany due to the challenges their customers face in digital transformation, digital commerce, digital marketing, customer insights and personalisation measures.

Only companies that generate at least 60 per cent of their revenue from services are included (e.g. management and IT consulting, digital agency services) and generate significant revenue in each of the three segments Digital Consulting, Digital Agency Services and Digital Technology Services segments.
