Facility service companies in Austria are recording significant growth of 7.4 per cent on average for the financial year 2023. This is the strongest growth since Lünendonk began monitoring the market in 2015. In particular, service providers with a focus on hard services are growing significantly faster than other providers with an average of 11.9 per cent. The number of employees increased by an average of 4.0 per cent for all companies analysed. Revenue growth is partly influenced by wage increases due to intense collective bargaining in the fact of high inflation.
Vienna-based ISS Facility Service maintains its market leadership and continues to occupy first place on the Lünendonk List. The CKV Group improved by four positions compared to the 2022 ranking to second place, just ahead of the Dussmann Group, which closes the top 3.

List inclusion criteria:
At least 50 % of revenue generated from facilities management, at least 66 % of revenue coming from external work, and at least 66 % of facilities management revenue comprising building infrastructure and technology management.
