The leading service providers in the German market are PwC, EY, KPMG and Deloitte, followed by BDO, Ebner Stolz, Rödl & Partner and Mazars. Baker Tilly and WKGT complete the top 10 largest auditing and tax consulting companies in Germany.
The top 25 ranking forms part of the comprehensive Lünendonk Survey was published on August 31, 2022. For this survey, close to 70 audit, tax and advisory firms operating in Germany were extensively canvassed. You can order the Survey here. The new 2022 List has been available since 6 July 2022.

Inclusion criteria for the List:
More than 60 per cent of company revenue generated from auditing, tax consulting (excluding tax filing and accounting), corporate finance and/or legal consulting, of which at least 15 per cent generated from audit (pure auditing of annual accounts, excluding consulting). Only independent accounting firms (no network firms or alliances).
