The Lünendonk® List 2021 “Leading Facilities Management Companies in Switzerland”

The top ten FM providers by revenue in Switzerland grew by an average of 0.3 per cent year-on-year in 2020. This picture is adjusted for the strong growth of CBRE (62 %), attributable to one-off effects. This means that companies’ performance was weaker than in previous analyses, but stronger than in the parallel study of the German facilities management market. In the latter, the leading companies faced a 2.4 per cent decline in sales.
The top ten companies generated cumulative turnover of 2.31 billion Swiss francs. This is a minor increase on the previous year (2.25 billion CHF). For more information, please see our press release.

At least 50 % of turnover generated from facilities management, at least 66 % of turnover coming from external work, and at least 66 % of facilities management turnover comprising building infrastructure and technology management.
